Property Assessment:
The first stage of addition or a demo/ Rebuild is to assess the property to determine what structures or utilities are worth saving. The utilities must be assessed along with zoning regulations, setbacks, neighborhood restrictions, septic availability, and conservation laws.
After we complete the property assessment we can now begin the design of your new addition or a demolition/re-build.
Our goal is to design and build your addition while carefully keeping the charm of your existing house and make sure when addition is completed it looks like the house was built all at the same time.
