Before a single line was drawn, we spent time understanding how the Willburgs wanted to live in their new home. We discussed their wish list and identified must-have furnitures and established a realistic investment range. This collaborative planning process allowed us to design a home that balanced functionality, luxury, and long-term value, fit within their existing site and aligned with their budget.
The Willburg family requested that we demolish a house and build a brand-new one on a site that had topography challenges within a tight timeframe to ensure that their family would be able to fully enjoy the following summer season with no downtime.
One of the biggest opportunities on this project was preserving and expanding the existing foundation. Rather than starting completely from scratch, we strategically incorporated the existing foundation into the new design, expanding it where necessary. This approach resulted in significant cost savings while still allowing us to achieve every goal the homeowners envisioned.
The property’s topography required creative problem-solving to maximize both functionality and curb appeal. Our team developed site solutions that transformed limitations into one of the property’s greatest strengths.
