Residential Property Management

Pav Construction provides a full range of property management services for residential clients on Cape Cod, and we develop strategies for interiors and exteriors to keep your property in pristine condition and maximize its value.

Whether it’s your primary or vacation home or rental, you deserve a company that provides high-end, elevated service. We treat your house as if it were our home, and we take extra care during very cold and/or stormy weather, increasing site visits accordingly.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly basis

Inspections include:

Exterior:
- Roofing, doors, windows, gutters, window wells, yard, outside sillcocks, lighting
Interior:
- Room-by-room, garage, cellar, refrigerators, freezers, mechanical systems, fuel tank, thermostats, smoke detectors, water leaks, carbon monoxide detectors, toilet flushing, water running

Please note: during very cold and/or stormy weather, site visits will increase at the discretion of PAV CONSTRUCTION LLC

Storm checks after extreme weather conditions during contract period
Thermostat, fuel level and other systems checked at each inspection

Spring Clean-Up

General cleaning
Screen installation
Activate outdoor showers and lawn irrigation system
Activate sillcocks
Set up a deck and/or patio furniture
Install screens on storm doors

Winterization

Close off outdoor shower and lawn irrigation system
Store deck and/or patio furniture
Clean gutters
Remove and store screens
Install storm door glass panels
Shut off/drain sillcocks
