For this residence, the homeowner envisioned a comprehensive exterior redesign—one that would enhance the architectural expression of the home while introducing a pool and outdoor living experience that felt natural to the property. The project was approached as a full composition, with architecture, site design, and landscape working together to create a more elevated and cohesive whole.

A key challenge, and ultimately one of the project’s greatest opportunities, was the site topography. In order to accommodate the new pool while preserving both usability and visual harmony, we developed a custom deck solution that creates a level plane around the water and establishes a strong connection between the home and its outdoor living spaces. The result is a striking yet understated intervention that resolves the grade beautifully while giving the pool area a sense of intention and permanence.

The redesigned exterior adds richness, detail, and balance to the home, while the pool terrace expands the way the property is lived in and enjoyed.
