If you’re not already working with an architect or design professional and wish to have our team help with that, we will be happy to assist.
Our design team will invest the time to learn your goals and take into consideration for your Cape Cod custom home needs, budget expectations and specific requests for your new home before designing your custom home. This step is essential and ensures your expectations, budget, and vision are aligned.

Once we capture your ideas and goals we will begin work on the design process. Once we finish the design stage, our team will work with you to finalize the selections for materials, fixtures and finishes and help you make informed decisions throughout the process.
We then will provide you with a detailed estimate pricing based on your selections for your project, ready for your review and approval.

Our next step is the permitting process for your custom home.
